Main home and separate Adult Dwelling Unit located at the top of a private drive (15 feet apart) with a beautiful view of the hills. Total of 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms (4/3 in main house, 2/2 in ADU), 2 queen sofa beds and queen Murphy bed in main house, 1 queen sofa bed in ADU, 2 garages. Two fully stocked kitchens with cooking and serving-ware, large variety of drink glasses, fully automatic espresso makers, cooking essentials provided. Large screen TV in each bedroom and in living rooms. Electric room darkening shades, ceiling fans/light fixtures with remotes, Amazon Echo and wireless chargers in each bedroom. Outdoor dining/entertainment areas with seating, patio heaters, dining tables, and fire tables located in rear of main house and in front of ADU overlooking hillside, 2 hot tubs, gas and pellet BBQs at both houses, and hibachi grill at main house. Laundry rooms and EV car chargers at each house. Owner's suite on second story of main house is locked and is not available (nor advertised) to guests. Locked storerooms in each house are not for guest access. Pets only allowed in ADU unit.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
